STOP eating the BULLSHIT
In my former life, I was in the fitness industry. As a personal trainer, I've spoken to several men regarding their health and every client/prospect I've had. who were on TRT had one common denominator: They were fat.
There is nothing sexy or healthy about having man boobs or being so fat you can't see your own feet.

Find out what your blood type is.
You former military? Do you still have your old dog tags? That information is probably there.
Follow the recommendations in the book.
The reason why I recommend this book, (and some naturopaths recommend this book), I believe now that there are certain foods you are not designed to eat based on your genetic makeup. Find out what foods are beneficial to YOU and make them the staple of your diet.
Cut out or limit the alcohol
Alcohol does two things, it can desensitize the penis which is another problem, and increase estrogen levels. Either limit your intake to one glass of beer a day or cut it out completely. Again, what is more important? Self-indulgence? Or your duty as a man regarding your girlfriend's or wife's needs?
Herbs and supplements that work.

Last one and most important!
Go to the f***ing gym
Something wonderful happens to the endocrine system when you go to the gym...And lift weights. If you don't know how to train find a trainer (that looks like a trainer) that knows how.
